The Vic Standard grew from the realization that I didn't need to.

01 / THE STORY
I just had to learn how they fit together.
For a long time, the different parts of my life felt like separate stories.
I became a mother young. I built a career in leadership. I found creativity in design, writing, and the ideas I couldn't stop bringing to life. I learned how to rebuild, how to grow, and how to become more intentional about the life I was creating.
Somewhere along the way, I stopped trying to decide which version of me mattered most.
The leader didn't have to compete with the creative. Motherhood didn't erase ambition. Growth didn't require forgetting where I came from. They were all part of the same story.
The Vic Standard became the place where those pieces finally belonged together.
It isn't about perfection. It's about living with intention, protecting what matters, continuing to grow, and holding myself to a standard that reflects the woman I'm becoming.
